The platform is wicked good - unlike anything I have seen thus far (and I've been trading for many moons). Pricing is more than fair...especially for certain trade setups/strategies.
For a relatively new company, I've been pleasantly surprised by their service and support...it feels like they've been doing this for decades (they probably have - I think there are some veterans behind this company from what I've read/researched/heard).
Good stuff.

I'VE HAD MY ACCOUNT THERE FOR ABOUT 45 DAYS AND HAVE EXPERIENCED SO MANY PROBLEMS IT IS UNBELIEVABLE. THEY DID NOT PROPERLY PUT IN MY FUNDS WHEN I DID MY ACAT. MARKET ORDERS EXPIRE. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS CANNOT ANSWER SIMPLE ?S. TO TOP IT OFF THEY SHUT MY ACCOUNT OFF FOR OVER 3 HOURS THIS WEEK DUE TO SOME ISSUE WITH AN OPTIONS PRICING WHICH WAS BOGUS AND THEY KNEW IT AND OFFERED ME NOTHING FOR $ I LOST WHILE THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM. HOW DOES A MARKET ORDER EXPRIE. THEY SUCK

I read the other reviews pertaining to hidden charges,I have been trading with them for about 9 months with no hidden charges. I have received more guidance via webinars, educational library and intraday guidance that I simply did not receive with any other broker.They have been responsive to my needs and answer the phone quickly. I am very pleased with their platform and look forward to trading with them for many more years.

The price is good. The feature list sucks. No triggers or anything fancy. You basically have to do everything manually and hope you don't lose your shirt while making coffee, or just hope you get the best profit... If it had more features, I would give it a higher rating. Commissions are very cheap though, so at least you'll lose less on that end, in case your trade decisions aren't so great.
