Customer service needs improvement

Generally, Scottrade is pretty good. Reliablity of order fulfillment, cheap trades.

However, if you want to short, choose another broker, because they either won't have shares, or apparently will misinterpret the Sept 18th SEC temporary order and use it as an excuse to cover your position, and then BS you when you ask about it.
